It counts the pieces, the access and the visible pipe, across CM11 and CM12. Isolation, the cylinder, carrying the named equipment away and disposal are included. Scaffold and building work are not, and neither is a replacement. - Air conditioning removal: from £450 - Scaffold and lifting gear for a Lake Meadows or Norsey Road condenser are outside the price. - Brickwork, roofing and decorating in Queens Park or South Green are not this job. - Pipe buried at Sunnymede, and any new wiring, needs a further quote. ## Air conditioning removal across Billericay We serve Billericay from our base in Stanford-le-Hope. - Billericay High Street - Sunnymede - Queens Park - South Green - Norsey Road - Lake Meadows - CM11 - CM12 ## What happens on the day Sunnymede or Queens Park begins with a written note of each head and the condenser, the pipe we can see, and the access. Power is isolated and the gas is drawn into a cylinder under REFCOM rules. Named equipment comes away, remaining pipes on the note are capped, and disposal is what we carry from South Green or Norsey Road. ### Noting Billericay equipment Each head and the condenser is written on the note, with visible pipe and the access at Sunnymede, Queens Park or Lake Meadows. The note is what later leaves the building. ### Isolation at South Green The air conditioning supply is isolated and the rest of the building stays on. Gas is drawn into a cylinder before brackets come off, at South Green, on Norsey Road or along the Billericay High Street. Venting is not how we do this. REFCOM registration covers the draw. ### What leaves Lake Meadows Equipment on the note is unbolted and taken to the van. Pipes the note includes are capped. Disposal is those pieces, from Lake Meadows or Queens Park. Installing a replacement is not this appointment. ## Billericay removal questions ### Do you unbolt air conditioning in Billericay? Yes. Perennia Climate Services covers CM11 and CM12 from Stanford-le-Hope: Billericay High Street, Sunnymede, Queens Park, South Green, Norsey Road and Lake Meadows. The note names what leaves. ### When is the gas drawn off? Before any bracket comes off, into a cylinder. REFCOM registration covers it. That is true at Sunnymede, Lake Meadows and on Norsey Road. Nothing is vented. ### Does buried pipe at Queens Park come out? Not on this visit. The note is limited to pipe we can see. Buried pipe at Queens Park or South Green stays put. ### Are holes filled in Billericay? Filling holes is off the note unless the note already says otherwise. Brick, roof and paint in Billericay are priced as further work. ### Can removal and a new Billericay system share a note? They can be written together so the order is plain, and they can be split. A replacement is never assumed for Sunnymede or the Billericay High Street. ## Other services in Billericay - [Air conditioning in Billericay](https://www.perenniaclimate.co.uk/air-conditioning-billericay): Air conditioning in Billericay, CM11 and CM12, with Perennia Climate Services.
