The circuit is made dead and the quoted pieces leave." canonical: "https://www.perenniaclimate.co.uk/air-conditioning-grays/air-conditioning-removal" --- # Air conditioning removal in Grays > Air conditioning removal in Grays covers Grays Riverside, Little Thurrock and RM16. The circuit is made dead and the quoted pieces leave. Perennia Climate Services, based in Stanford-le-Hope, lifts air conditioning out in Grays, including Grays Riverside and Little Thurrock. The circuit is made dead, the gas is captured, and the quote says exactly what leaves. ## Grays removal price What you pay in Grays follows a look at the units in Grays Riverside or on Quarry Hill: the count, the access and the pipe in view. Making the circuit dead, capturing the gas, carrying the named pieces away and disposal make up the figure. Scaffolding, repairs to the building and any new system are priced alone. - Air conditioning removal: from £450 - Scaffold and lifting gear for a Grays Riverside or Quarry Hill condenser sit outside this quote. - Making good the brick, the roof and the paint is not part of carrying the units away. - Pipe inside a wall, and electrical work past isolation, is priced as another job in Grays. ## Air conditioning removal across Grays We serve Grays from our base in Stanford-le-Hope. - Grays town centre - Grays Riverside - Little Thurrock - Socketts Heath - Blackshots - London Road - Quarry Hill - RM16 - RM17 ## What happens on the day In Grays town centre or on London Road we note each head, the condenser, the pipe in view and how we will reach them. That circuit is isolated and the gas is captured under our REFCOM registration. Pieces named on the quote come away, open pipes are capped, and disposal covers what leaves Socketts Heath or Quarry Hill. ### Recording a Grays system We note every head and the condenser, the pipe that is in view, and how we reach the fixings. The note covers Grays Riverside, Little Thurrock and Blackshots, and the quote is written from it. ### Dead circuit, captured gas We switch off the supply to the air conditioning alone, so lights and sockets elsewhere in the building stay on. Gas is captured under our REFCOM registration before a spanner goes on a fixing, in Grays town centre, on Quarry Hill or at Socketts Heath. ### What leaves Quarry Hill The quote lists the heads and the condenser. Those come off their fixings and go with us. Pipes the quote covers are capped. Disposal is for the pieces we carry off London Road or out of Little Thurrock. Fitting a new system is not this appointment. ## Grays removal questions ### Do you lift air conditioning out in Grays? Yes. Perennia Climate Services, based in Stanford-le-Hope, covers RM16 and RM17: Grays town centre, Grays Riverside, Little Thurrock, Socketts Heath, Blackshots, London Road and Quarry Hill. The quote names every piece that goes. ### Is the gas captured before the condenser comes off? Yes. Gas is captured under our REFCOM registration before a fixing is undone. Nothing is vented on a Grays job, whether the condenser is at Grays Riverside, in Little Thurrock or on London Road. ### Does pipe buried in a Grays wall come out? Only pipe that is in view and named on the quote. Pipe inside a wall, a floor or a ceiling in Socketts Heath or on Quarry Hill stays, because opening that up is another job. ### Are the holes filled as part of the Grays visit? Not unless the quote already says they are. Brick, roof and paint work in Grays is priced as its own job before that work starts. ### Can old Grays equipment leave during a new install? We can write the old pieces onto the leaving list, and a new system is priced next to that if you want one. One does not imply the other. The order is clear for Little Thurrock or Blackshots before anyone arrives. ## Other services in Grays - [Air conditioning in Grays](https://www.perenniaclimate.co.uk/air-conditioning-grays): Air conditioning installation, repair and servicing in Grays, RM16 and RM17 with Perennia Climate Services.
