3. **Remove and hand over:** The quoted work is completed. Any separate building or electrical repairs are explained.

### Can the system simply be disconnected?

No. The electrical supply and refrigerant circuit need to be handled correctly before the units and pipework come out.

### Will all pipework be removed?

Only the accessible pipework listed in the quote. Concealed runs and building repairs need quoting separately.

### Is making good included?

Only when the written quote includes it. Plastering, brickwork, roofing and decoration are otherwise separate.
