The quoted repair addresses the fault we found. A system that should come out moves to an installation quote.
- **Repaired unit:** The indoor or outdoor unit has had the quoted repair.
- **Replacement if needed:** If the system should come out, that continues as installation and removal.
- **A record of the fault:** You leave knowing what failed and what was quoted to put it right.
