Martin from Perennia Climate Services checking the level of a newly mounted indoor split unit in a UK living room by Perennia Climate Services

Air conditioning installation in Essex

We survey the rooms, size the system, then supply and fit split air conditioning for homes and businesses across Essex.

"We take pride in the survey, the install and the way we keep you informed. Clear communication, tidy workmanship and reliable follow-through are how we look after every air conditioning job from first visit to finished system."

New and replacement air conditioning

  • We assess the rooms, design the system, supply the units and fit them. Homes and workplaces use the same path. A free survey comes first.
  • We look at the rooms and how a system would run before anything is ordered. The estimate does not commit you to the work.
  • One indoor unit or several, linked to an outdoor condenser. The survey picks the layout the property can take.
  • Houses, offices and shops. The quote follows the building, not a package off the shelf.

What the installation can cover

The survey, the design, the equipment and the fit. Concealment and taking out an old system are in the same quote when you want them.

  • Free site survey and estimate
  • Design and sizing
  • Supply of indoor and outdoor units
  • Installation of split systems
  • Pipework and cable concealment when quoted
  • Removal of an old system when it is part of the replacement

  • Removal of an old system when it is not in the quote

What the survey and install involve

Work starts with a free site survey. Installation follows once you accept the quote.

  1. 01

    Rooms and outdoor space

We look at the rooms that need cooling or heating, where an outdoor unit can sit, and how pipework can run between them.

  2. 02

    Fitting the units

Indoor and outdoor units go in as quoted, with pipework and cables concealed when that work is in the quote.

  3. 03

    Taking out an old system

An existing system can come out as part of a replacement. That work is priced from the same survey.

Air conditioning installation quotes

The quote comes from a free site survey. Rooms, pipe run, concealment, access and taking out an old system all change the figure.

  • The survey confirms the equipment and the work included.
  • Anything outside that quote is priced separately.

What you are left with

A fitted split system sized for the rooms we surveyed, not a generic package.

Cooling in the rooms quoted
The system cools the rooms it was sized for.
Heating where specified
Where the quoted system heats as well as cools, that is air to air air conditioning.
Controls at handover
We show you how to use the system before we leave.

Why a survey comes first

Rooms, pipe run, concealment, access and any removal change the figure. The survey sizes the system around the building.

Air conditioning installation questions

What to know before you book an installation survey.

Is the site survey free?+

Yes. We survey the property and write an estimate. That estimate does not commit you to going ahead.

Martin Rogers

Do you install in homes and commercial buildings?+

Yes. Houses, offices and shops. The survey sets the equipment and the work.

Martin Rogers

Can pipework be concealed?+

Yes, when it is in the quote. The survey sets the pipe run and what can be hidden.

What happens to the old system?+

We can take it out as part of a replacement. The survey prices that work.

Do you fit air to air heat pumps?+

Yes. We install air to air systems that heat as well as cool. Mention that on the survey so the proposed system matches how you use the rooms.
