What does a free site survey involve?+
We look at the rooms, where indoor and outdoor units can go, the pipe run, access and whether an old system needs to come out. You get an estimate. That does not commit you to the work.
Can pipework and cables be hidden?+
Yes, when it is in the quote. The survey sets out what can be concealed and what stays visible. Making good of walls sits outside the fitting unless the quote includes it.
Do you look after systems after they are fitted?+
Yes. Servicing covers indoor and outdoor units. Repair is a separate job when a fault appears.
What happens to an old air conditioning system?+
We recover the refrigerant and take the listed indoor and outdoor units away. That can sit inside a replacement quote, or be booked on its own.
Can I call in the evening?+
Yes. The phone is answered any time. Visits themselves are booked, not an out of hours callout.
