Air conditioning service in Essex
We service indoor and outdoor air conditioning so the system keeps cooling and heating the rooms as it should.
“"We take pride in the survey, the install and the way we keep you informed. Clear communication, tidy workmanship and reliable follow-through are how we look after every air conditioning job from first visit to finished system."”
Servicing and maintenance
- A service visit is planned maintenance of the indoor and outdoor units, not a repair call.
- We service the equipment included in the quote, including filters, coils and the outdoor condenser.
- We can put the system on a booked maintenance arrangement. Share the make and model when you enquire.
- If we find a leak or a failed part, that work is quoted on its own.
What a service can cover
The visit covers the indoor and outdoor equipment in the quote. Repair and refrigerant work found on the day are handled separately.
Included when agreed
- Servicing of indoor units
- Servicing of outdoor units
- Planned maintenance included in the quote
- A note of anything that needs a further visit

What a service visit is
A booked maintenance appointment for the indoor and outdoor equipment.
- 01
Before we arrive
Share the make, model and unit count so we know what we are looking after.
- 02
On site
We service the quoted units and talk through anything that needs a separate repair.
- 03
Before we leave
You know whether the system only needed maintenance or whether a further visit should be booked.
Air conditioning service quotes
The quote follows the units on site, access to each one, and the work included in the visit.
- Repair or refrigerant work found during servicing is quoted separately.
- Ask about a maintenance plan for your system.
After a service
The units have had a maintenance visit. Further repair or recharge is a different job if we find a fault.
- Maintained equipment
- The indoor and outdoor units have been serviced as quoted.
- Faults found
- A leak or a failed part is quoted separately as repair or leak checking.
- A clear next step
- You know whether to book a repair, a leak check, or the next service.
Planned maintenance, not repair
A service visit keeps the units on a booked check. Anything that needs parts or a recharge is quoted on its own.

Air conditioning servicing questions
What to know before you book a service.
Is servicing the same as a repair?+
No. Servicing is planned maintenance. Repair is for equipment with a fault.
— Martin Rogers
Do you offer maintenance plans?+
Yes. Share the system details when you enquire so we can confirm the arrangement.
— Martin Rogers
How often should air conditioning be serviced?+
It depends on the equipment and how it is used. Tell us the make and model when you book.
Can you service a system another firm fitted?+
Yes, once we have the make, model and access. Share those details when you book.
Will a service include a refrigerant top up?+
No. A recharge is a different job. Leak finding sits with leak check work, or inside a repair.
